Regular sessions run from September through June. We follow a modified
Poway Unified School District holiday schedule.

We maintain a class size of twelve children in a self-contained
classroom with a qualified teacher. We also have four teaching
assistants available to assist the teachers and children. |

A healthy snack with fruit juice is served daily during each session.
Children often assist in the snack preparation. |

|
Lunch Bunch is from 11:30 - 12:30. It is necessary to sign up in
advance on a first come/first serve basis. Morning children stay an
hour longer while afternoon children arrive one hour early. Each child
brings their own lunch and we provide the milk.
The Lunch Bunch fee is $5.00 per time. |

Association of Christian Schools International.

Yes. We are licensed by California’s Department of Social Services to
serve children ages 2 years 9 months through 5 years. Our facility
license number is 372001074. |

Our admission procedures are as follows:
|
|

1. |
Call the preschool to set up an appointment to take a tour of our
facility. After taking a tour, you may place your child on our waiting
list. |
|
2. |
Registration for the coming year is done in March and April and
continues when a space becomes available. |
|
3. |
At the time of admission the registration fee is due and the parent
completes a packet of forms. |

The monthly tuition fees are:

Tuesday / Thursday sessions: |

- Tuition
is paid in ten equal monthly installments regardless of the number of
school days in the month.
- There is also an annual registration fee of $90 per year.
- September tuition is due August 2nd
. - If withdrawing from the program between August 16th & when school begins, 50% of the September tuition will be refunded.
- Other tuition payments will be due October thru June

Parents and grandparents are welcome to participate in various ways but
are not required to do so.

There are various special events throughout the year including parent
education nights, open house, bedtime story night, backwards day,
pajama day, bike day, Harvest Celebration, Valentines parties, Birthday
party for Jesus, parent coffee hour, Mother’s Tea, and many other
events. |

We are located at the facilities of Pomerado Christian Church at 12708
Stone Canyon Road in Poway, CA just one block east of Pomerado Road. Click here for a map.
From the south, take I-15 north and exit on Camino Del Norte. Turn
right and travel east on Camino Del Norte for a mile and a half to
Pomerado Road. Turn left on Pomerado Road and travel north for a mile
and a half to Stone Canyon Road. Turn right on Stone Canyon and travel
one block up the hill. Look for our driveway on the left.
From the north, take I-15 south and exit on Rancho Bernardo Road. Turn
left and travel east on Rancho Bernardo Road for a mile and a half to
Pomerado Road. Turn right on Pomerado Road and travel south for a mile
and a half to Stone Canyon Road. Turn left on Stone Canyon and travel
one block up the hill. Look for our driveway on the left.
The Preschool office and classrooms are in the lower level of the
building. Look for the entrance at the south end of the building by the
sign that says "Children Growing in Love." |
